You know, it is a measure of what's wrong with the world today that anything as self-evidentially malign as the Euro continues to exist. In any form of sane, civilized society, such anti-humanitarian ideas and demonically charged deciets would have long since been eradicated, and only peace, love, and the almighty Dollar would prevail. Now, however, comes an upstart pretender to wrestle for the monetary throne. Now is the age of the Euro. Let the righteous tremble at its name.

Rise, my brethren. Rise up! Throw off the shackles of European domination that have so long oppressed you, destroy the ravaging landlords in their silken suits, and you shall be free! Freedom! That word sings so, it sings of hope, it sings of justice, it sings out loudly, "DESTROY THE EURO AND ALL ITS EVILS!" And we shall yet heed its cry. Join with me together in prayer.

We shall overcome We shall overcome We shall overcome some daaaaaaaaay Oooh deep in my heart I do believe That we shall overcome some day.

We'll destroy the Euro We'll destroy the Euro We'll destroy the Euro some daaaaaaay Ooooh deep in my heart I do believe That we'll destroy the Euro some day.

Thank you, brothers and sisters. Thank you for your hopes and wishes and dreams and for the love that lives in your hearts. For it is love that shall carry this day, brothers and sisters. Love for your fellow man, and love for freedom. We shall take the love in our hearts and make of it a weapon, a weapon of destruction, and we shall use it to wipe out this tyrannical scourge across our land. No more will the Euro kill our children. No more will it molest our wives and sisters. No more will this foul curse on our land break into our homes at night, rip us out of our warm beds, and throw us into its dungeons. Together, we can end it! Together!

After the services, Reverend Moolah wiped his forehead with a damp rag. It was difficult, this mobraising. It took something out of him, some necessary spark. It had to be done, though. They all agreed to that. If the rule of the Almighty Dollar was to be maintained, the Euro had to be destroyed. By any means necessary. A popular uprising would be the easiest way, if the hardest on him, but other forces prepared in the wings in case he faltered. The Reverend knelt before the altar and made the symbol of the Dollar on his chest. He spoke the words of the ceremony, silently, to himself. "Annuit coeptis. Novus Ordo Seclorum. In God We Trust. One. This note is legal tender for all debts, public and private, forever and ever, amen."

Slowly strength crept back into his weary body. He stood, weeping softly. The prayer did that to him, at times. He always felt a little closer to the Dollar then, closer then than at any other time. Before returning to his congregation, he let his eyes pass over the rich green of the altar coverings, then gazed upon the loving eyes of Washington, the Father. Seeing that, he knew that the power of the Dollar was with him. The next town approached. He would preach again.

Consider the franc, brethren. Think of it. The franc was unholy, yes. The franc was an affront to the Dollar above. And yet we let it continue in the world, brethren. Yet we let this evil live on, thinking that our children would tame it, or our children's children. We did nothing, and let the franc live on. And now the franc, knowing itself powerless before the might of the Dollar, has allied itself with other dark powers. The deutschmark. The pound. The lira. You all know their names. And now, together, these blasphemies now call themselves the Euro, as if by changing their name they hide the evils of their every action. We shall not stand for this, brethren! We shall not rest while this evil grows ever stronger on our shores. For I see a time coming, brethren. A time when the Euro, unchallenged, allies itself with the ruble, and even the yen. Yes, the yen itself. And against all these forces combined, even we, we who follow the Dollar, even we all together may not be strong enough. And that will be a dark day, brethren. A dark day indeed.

But we shall not allow such a day to come, brothers and sisters! We shall not stand passively by while the Euro is left unchecked to plunder and pillage our lands. We shall strike! Now is the time, and now is the place! Strike against the Euro and all its unclean works! Strike now! Strike hard! And the Euro shall fall!
